1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • United Kingdom

We do not currently offer our items outside these regions.

2. Order Cutoff Time

  • Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (local time of destination country)
    • UAE: GMT +4 (Sharjah/Dubai time)
    • UK: GMT +0

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next working day.

3. Handling Time (Order Processing Time)

  • Handling Time: 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

4. Transit Time (Shipping Time After Dispatch)

  • United Arab Emirates: 3–4 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–4 working days

5. Total Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 working days (Handling Time + Transit Time)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

6. Shipping Costs

  • UAE: Free shipping on all orders
  • UK: Flat rate of £4.99 per order

You can use this information to monitor your delivery status.

8. Delivery Issues

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived:

  • Contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the courier and assist accordingly

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

10. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged package and product

Ownership of products passes to you once the goods are delivered to your address.
