5. Where do you ship to, and how much does it cost?

We ship both domestically and internationally to a wide range of global destinations. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific value threshold, which will be displayed in your cart.

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time.

Returns & Exchange

13. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-days return policy for all unopened, unused, and sealed full-size perfume bottles. Due to the personal hygiene and safety nature of cosmetics and fragrances, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or sprayed.

To make shopping online completely risk-free, we recommend purchasing our Discovery Set to sample our scents first. Alternatively, keep an eye out for special promotions where full-size bottle purchases include a free matching 2ml sample vial so you can test the scent on your skin before breaking the seal on the main box.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balminess.shop with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and address. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product arrived damaged.

We take great care in packaging our fragile glass bottles, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please take a clear photo of the item and its packaging and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

17. How can I make my Balminess perfume last longer on my skin?

Fragrance lasts significantly longer on well-hydrated skin. For maximum performance, apply your perfume right after a warm shower or after applying an unscented lotion. Spray your signature scent directly onto your pulse points—wrists, the base of the throat, behind ears, and the inner elbows.

Important Scent Tip: Rubbing your wrists together after spraying creates friction that heats up the skin. This friction prematurely breaks down the delicate top notes of the perfume, altering the intended scent structure and causing the fragrance to fade much faster. Let it dry down naturally!

Keep your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and sudden temperature shifts. While a bathroom counter looks pretty, the moisture and heat can degrade the essential oils over time. A bedroom dresser drawer or a dark shelf is ideal.

Every individual has a unique skin chemistry dictated by factors like skin type (oily vs. dry), diet, hormone levels, and natural body oils. When the perfume oils blend with your personal skin chemistry, it can subtly shift how certain notes develop and project, making the fragrance uniquely yours!
